ADDITIONAL TAXES IN MUNICIPAL SCHOOL DISTRICTS (EXCERPT) Act 162 of 1933 211.253 Findings of commission; conclusiveness. Sec.
3.Conclusiveness of findings. The findings of the commission on questions of fact as to the fairness and reasonableness of the additional tax rates shall be conclusive.
