COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 210 of 2005 207.849 Determining value of each qualified facility. Sec.

9.The assessor of each qualified local governmental unit in which there is a qualified facility with respect to which 1 or more commercial rehabilitation exemption certificates have been issued and are in force shall determine annually as of December 31 the value and taxable value, both for real and personal property, of each qualified facility separately, having the benefit of a certificate and upon receipt of notice of the filing of an application for the issuance of a certificate, shall determine and furnish to the local legislative body the value and the taxable value of the property to which the application pertains and other information as may be necessary to permit the
