TECHNOLOGY PARK DEVELOPMENT ACT (EXCERPT) Act 385 of 1984 207.711 Annual valuation of facility; duties of assessor. Sec.

11.The assessor of a local governmental unit in which is located a facility for which 1 or more certificates are in force shall annually determine the value, as of December 31, of each facility separately, of both real and personal property. Upon receipt of notice of the filing of an application for an issuance of a certificate, the assessor of a local governmental unit shall determine and furnish to the local legislative body the value of the property to which the application pertains and other information as may be necessary to permit the local legislative body to make the determination required by section 10(1).
