COMMERCIAL REDEVELOPMENT ACT (EXCERPT) Act 255 of 1978 207.665 Transfer or assignment of certificate; approval; notice and hearing. Sec.
15.A commercial facilities exemption certificate may be transferred and assigned by the holder of the certificate to a new owner or lessee of the facility but only with the approval of the local governmental unit after application by the new owner or lessee, and notice and hearing in the manner provided in section 6 for the application for a certificate.
