COMMERCIAL REDEVELOPMENT ACT (EXCERPT) Act 255 of 1978 207.657 Application for commercial facilities exemption certificate; approval or disapproval. Sec.
7.The legislative body of the local governmental unit, not more than 60 days after receipt of the application by the clerk, shall by resolution either approve or disapprove the application for a commercial facilities exemption certificate in accordance with section 10 and the other provisions of this act. The clerk shall retain the original of the application and resolution. If disapproved, the reasons shall be set forth in writing in the resolution, and the clerk shall send a copy of the resolution to the applicant.
