STATE BOARD OF ASSESSORS; ASSESSMENT OF PROPERTY OF CERTAIN PUBLIC UTILITIES (EXCERPT) Act 282 of 1905 207.6 Company's annual statement; contents, time. Sec.
6.The several corporations, persons, copartnerships, companies and associations whose property is subject to assessment and taxation under the provisions of this act, and whose annual gross receipts exceed $1,000,000.00 shall annually between the first day of January and the thirty-first day of March in each year, and the several corporations, persons, copartnerships, companies and associations whose property is subject to assessment and taxation under the provisions of this act, and whose annual gross receipts do not exceed $1,000,000.00, shall annually between the first day of January and the fifteenth day of March in each year, un
