PLANT REHABILITATION AND INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICTS (EXCERPT) Act 198 of 1974 207.568 Rules. Sec.

18.The commission may promulgate rules as it deems necessary for the administration of this act pursuant to Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, as amended, being sections 24.201 to 24.315 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
