MOTOR CARRIER FUEL TAX ACT (EXCERPT) Act 119 of 1980 207.232 Disposition of money. Sec.

22.Money received and collected by the department under this act and after the payment of the necessary expenses incurred in the administration of this act, shall be deposited in the state treasury to the credit of the Michigan transportation fund.
