MOTOR FUEL TAX ACT (EXCERPT) Act 403 of 2000 207.1164 East-west interstate route in Upper Peninsula; matching funds. Sec.
164.Upon the designation by the federal government of an east-west interstate route in the Upper Peninsula, the legislature intends to extend the necessary funds to match federal funds available for such purposes.
