MOTOR FUEL TAX ACT (EXCERPT) Act 403 of 2000 207.1146 Filing date. Sec.

146.The filing date of a claim, application, or any other document filed with the department is the date the claim, application, or other document was postmarked by the United States postal service or the date actually received by the department, whichever is earlier.
