MOTOR FUEL TAX ACT (EXCERPT) Act 403 of 2000 207.1067 Noncompliance; suspension or revocation of license. Sec.
67.The department may suspend or revoke a license for failure to comply with the provisions of this act after at least 10 days' notice to the licensee and a conference, if a conference is requested. If the license suspension or revocation is upheld at the conference, the licensee may appeal the determination pursuant to section 22 of 1941 PA 122, MCL 205.22.
