MOTOR FUEL TAX ACT (EXCERPT) Act 403 of 2000 207.1066 Final report and payment due. Sec.
66.Within 15 days after the discontinuance, sale, or transfer of a business licensed under this act, or within 15 days after the cancellation, revocation, or termination by law of a license issued under this act, a licensee shall provide the department with a final report and shall include with the report a payment for all motor fuel taxes, penalties, and interest that are due.
