COLLECTION OF MOTOR FUEL TAXES (EXCERPT) Act 15 of 1959 205.45 Motor fuel taxes; transfer of appropriations. Sec.
5.All appropriations and all other funds necessary to carry out all the powers, duties and responsibilities of the secretary of state with respect to the collection of motor fuel taxes shall be transferred to the state department of revenue.
