MICHIGAN CAMPAIGN FINANCE ACT (EXCERPT) Act 388 of 1976 169.256 Ordinance or resolution. Sec.
56.A county, city, township, village, or school district may not adopt an ordinance or resolution that is more restrictive than the provisions contained in this act.
