RESIDENCY OF PUBLIC EMPLOYEES (EXCERPT) Act 212 of 1999 15.603 Applicability to certain employment contracts. Sec.
3.This act applies only to employment contracts entered into, renewed, or renegotiated after the effective date of this act, in accordance with the prohibition against impairment of contracts provided by section 10 of article I of the state constitution of 1963.
