SINKING FUND FOR PUBLIC BUILDINGS (EXCERPT) Act 14 of 1926 (Ex. Sess.) 141.53 Requisite notices. Sec.
3.It shall be the duty of the township clerk or city clerk upon receipt of the notice herein required, to give notice in writing under his hand of the time and place when such question will be submitted to the electors. Such township clerk or city clerk shall cause such notice to be posted up in at least 5 of the most public places in the said township or in 5 of the most public places in each ward of said city at least 10 days before said election.
