HEALTH AND SAFETY FUND ACT (EXCERPT) Act 264 of 1987 141.479 Conditional effective date. Sec. 9. This act shall not take effect unless all of the following bills of the 84th Legislature are enacted into law:
(a)Senate Bill No. 624.
(b)Senate Bill No. 625.
(c)Senate Bill No. 571.
(d)House Bill No. 4452.
