LOCAL IMPROVEMENT REVOLVING FUND (EXCERPT) Act 57 of 1957 141.375 Authority given by act. Sec.

5.The authority hereby given shall be in addition to and not in derogation of any power existing in any city or village under any statutory or charter provision.
