THE REVENUE BOND ACT OF 1933 (EXCERPT) Act 94 of 1933 141.134 Liberal construction of act. Sec.

34.This act, being necessary for and to secure the public health, safety, convenience and welfare of the counties, cities, incorporated villages, townships, school districts, port districts, and metropolitan districts of the state of Michigan, shall be liberally construed to effect the purposes hereof.
