CHARITABLE TRUSTEES POWERS ACT (EXCERPT) Act 78 of 1971 14.283 Filing copy of trust instrument and report with specified public charitable organization. Sec. 13. The trustee of a trust subject to supervision by a specified public charitable organization, as provided in subsection (2) of section 11, shall file with each specified public charitable organization, (a) a true copy of the governing instrument together with a written report, under oath, setting forth complete information as to the nature of the assets and liabilities with the delivery of the release pursuant to subsection (1) of section 11 or the filing of the election under section 12;

(b)an annual report, within 4 1/2 months following the close of each year, setting forth a complete statement of receipts, disbursements, assets
