COLLECTION DEPARTMENT (EXCERPT) Act 375 of 1927 14.131 Collection department; creation, control by attorney general. Sec.

1.There is hereby created a collection department under the supervision and control of the attorney general for the purpose of collecting all past due moneys and accounts which are owing to the state of Michigan or any department, commission or institution thereof.
