FINANCIAL TRANSACTION DEVICE PAYMENTS (EXCERPT) Act 280 of 1995 129.222 Acceptance of payment by financial transaction; prohibition. Sec.
2.A local unit shall not accept a payment by financial transaction device if prohibited by law or charter. A local unit shall not accept a payment by financial transaction device more than 6 months after the effective date of this act unless it complies with section 3.
