CARE AND PRESERVATION OF CEMETERY LOTS (EXCERPT) Act 81 of 1903 128.90 Definitions. Sec.

10.As used in this act, "cemetery", "cemetery owner", and "operator" mean those terms as defined in section 2 of the cemetery regulation act, 1968 PA 251, MCL 456.522.
