CARE AND PRESERVATION OF CEMETERY LOTS (EXCERPT) Act 81 of 1903 128.82 Investment of money deposited under MCL 128.81. Sec.

2.A county treasurer may invest money deposited with the county under section 1 in the same manner as county money under 1943 PA 20, MCL 129.91 to 129.97a.
