CARE OF CEMETERIES (EXCERPT) Act 113 of 1915 128.62 Cemetery day. Sec.
2.The third Wednesday in August of each year is hereby designated as “cemetery day” and is set aside as a day upon which the people in townships may devote a portion of their time to the improvement of their cemeteries. The township boards shall direct the manner of making such improvements.
