INCLUSIVE HOME DESIGN ACT (EXCERPT) Act 182 of 2006 125.2814 Forms; assurance of compliance. Sec.
4.Each applicant for assistance from the authority shall submit an assurance on forms developed and provided by the authority that family residential real estate to be newly constructed after December 31, 2006 with funding provided by the authority shall comply with this act.
