OBSOLETE PROPERTY REHABILITATION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 146 of 2000 125.2796 Exemption after December 31, 2026. Sec.
16.A new exemption shall not be granted under this act after December 31, 2026, but an exemption then in effect shall continue until the expiration of the exemption certificate.
