EMPOWERMENT ZONE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 75 of 1995 125.2591 Authority of act in addition to power of municipality. Sec.
31.The authority given by this act shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the power of a municipality existing under statutory or charter provisions.
