EMPOWERMENT ZONE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 75 of 1995 125.2585 Imposition of sanctions; basis; approval. Sec.
25.The chief executive officer of the municipality may impose sanctions upon the corporation based on periodic performance reviews as prescribed by an ordinance of the municipality and with the approval of the governing body of the municipality.
