LAND RECLAMATION AND IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 173 of 1992 125.2477 Special assessment; payment by township or county to authority board. Sec.
27.The township treasurer or county treasurer shall promptly pay to the authority board treasurer any special assessment payments for an improvement under this act collected by the township treasurer or county treasurer.
