THE MOBILE HOME COMMISSION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 96 of 1987 125.2350 Availability of list of powers and duties of state or local governmental entity. Sec.

50.Any state governmental entity or local government that exercises powers or performs duties under this act shall make publicly available a list of its powers and duties under this act. For the purposes of this section, a local government may utilize a list prepared by a statewide association.
