THE MOBILE HOME COMMISSION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 96 of 1987 125.2323 Mobile home dealer; accounts and other records. Sec.
23.A licensed mobile home dealer shall make and keep accounts, and other records as the commission prescribes by rule. The records required shall be preserved for 3 years unless the commission otherwise prescribes by rule for particular types of records. If the information contained in a record filed with the commission is or becomes inaccurate or incomplete in any material respect, the licensee promptly shall file a correcting amendment.
