REGISTRATION OF PERSONS IN ACCOMMODATIONS FOR TRANSIENTS (EXCERPT) Act 75 of 1952 125.783 Violation of act; misdemeanor. Sec.
3.Any owner, operator or employee of a camp, tourist home, tourist room, cabin, house trailer camp or other sleeping accommodation, who shall fail to comply with any of the provisions of this act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
