CERTIFICATION OF CITY AND VILLAGE PLATS (EXCERPT) Act 222 of 1943 125.51 Municipal planning commission; authorization to certify plats; estimate of time period for land acquisitions. Sec.

1.After the planning commission of any city or village shall have lawfully adopted a master plan for the physical development of the municipality or of 1 or more major sections or divisions thereof, it shall have the power to make or cause to be made and certify to the legislative body of such municipality, from time to time, detailed and precised plats, each showing the exact location of the proposed future outside lines of 1 or more new, extended or widened streets, avenues, places or other public ways, or of 1 or more parks, playgrounds or other public grounds or extensions thereof shown on such adopt
