THE MOBILE HOME COMMISSION ACT (EXCERPT) Act 96 of 1987 125.2331 Action to rescind transaction and recover damages. Sec.
31.A person who offers, sells, or purchases a mobile home or equipment or a mobile home site in violation of this act or the code may have an action brought against him or her to rescind the transaction and recover damages.
