STILLE-DEROSSETT-HALE SINGLE STATE CONSTRUCTION CODE ACT (EXCERPT) Act 230 of 1972 125.1518 Filing claim of appeal or petition to review. Sec.

18.An appeal pursuant to Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, as amended, from a decision of the commission or a board, following an appeal from a decision of a board of appeals or enforcing agency shall be made by a claim of appeal filed with the court of appeals. An appeal pursuant to that act from any other decision of the commission or of a board shall be by petition to review filed with the Ingham county circuit court.
