INTERGOVERNMENTAL TRANSFERS OF FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES (EXCERPT) Act 8 of 1967 (Ex. Sess.) 124.532 Authority to contract for transfer of functions or responsibilities. Sec.
2.Two or more political subdivisions are authorized to enter into a contract with each other providing for the transfer of functions or responsibilities to one another or any combination thereof upon the consent of each political subdivision involved.
