METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITIES ACT OF 1967 (EXCERPT) Act 204 of 1967 124.421 Liberal construction of act. Sec.
21.This act, being necessary for the public peace, health, safety and welfare, shall be liberally construed to effect the purposes hereof which are declared to be public purposes.
