JOINT GARBAGE AND RUBBISH DISPOSAL (EXCERPT) Act 179 of 1947 123.303 Authority; corporate powers; construction of act. Sec.

3.Such authority shall be a body corporate with power to sue or be sued in any court of this state. It shall possess all the powers necessary to carry out the purposes of its incorporation, and those incident thereto. The enumeration of any powers in this act shall not be construed as a limitation upon such general powers.
