DIVISION OF TERRITORY (EXCERPT) Act 38 of 1883 123.3 Division of territory; burial grounds. Sec.

3.The preceding section of this chapter shall not apply to any cemetery or burying ground belonging to any city or township, but the same shall belong to the city or township within which it may be situated after the division shall have been made.
