THE HOME RULE CITY ACT (EXCERPT) Act 279 of 1909 117.4 Conduct of racing event under MCL 257.1701 et seq.; powers and duties. Sec.

4.A city may permit the conducting of a racing event under the "city motor vehicle racing act of 1981" and shall have the powers and duties provided for in that act.
