§ 9-B §813 — Organization

Maine·Title 9-B FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS·Part 8 CREDIT UNIONS·Ch. 81 ORGANIZATION AND FORMATION

Upon receipt of a permission to organize pursuant to section 812, the organizers shall comply with the following requirements:

1.Conformance with law. Other than as provided herein, a credit union must be organized in accordance with Title 13‑C.
2.Bylaws.
3.Payment of shares.
4.Certificate to commence business.
5.Failure to commence business.
