1.Interstate branches.
Except as provided for in chapter 37, this Title may not be construed as permitting a financial institution to establish a branch office or facility in any state other than this State and a financial institution not authorized to do business in this State may not establish or operate a branch office or facility in this State.
2.Satellite facilities.
