§ 8 §371 — Definitions
As used in this chapter, unless the context indicates otherwise, the following terms have the following meanings.
1.Bureau.
"Bureau" means the Bureau of Alcoholic Beverages and Lottery Operations within the Department of Administrative and Financial Services to carry out the purposes of this chapter.
2.Commission.
"Commission" means the State Liquor and Lottery Commission established in Title 5, section 283‑A.
3.Commissioner.
"Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Administrative and Financial Services.
4.Director.
"Director" means the Director of Alcoholic Beverages and Lottery Operations.
