1.Inspection. A person holding a license or registration under this chapter shall permit the board, the department or a designee of the board or the department unrestricted access, during regular business hours, including access to locked or secured areas, to inspect any gambling facility and any equipment, prizes, records or items and materials used or to be used in the operation of any slot machine or associated equipment owned, distributed or operated by that person. A person holding a license or registration under this chapter shall consent in writing to the examination of all the licensee's books and records related to operations licensed under this chapter and shall authorize all 3rd parties in possession or in control of those books and records to allow the board or the board's des
