§ 7-A §101 — Definitions

Maine·Title 7-A AGRICULTURE, CONSERVATION AND FORESTRY·Ch. 1 DEPARTMENTAL ORGANIZATION AND OPERATION

As used in this Title, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.

1.Commissioner. "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry.

2.Department. "Department" means the Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry. 2-A. Foodways. 2-B. Local food system.

3.Seal. The department has an official seal, which must be judicially noticed.
