§ 7 §782 — Misbranding
Maine·Title 7 AGRICULTURE AND ANIMALS·Part 2 MARKETING, GRADING AND LABELING·Ch. 103 PRODUCTS CONTROLLED
No person shall distribute a misbranded plant or soil amendment. A plant or soil amendment shall be deemed to be misbranded if:
1.False labeling.
Its labeling is false or misleading in any particular;
2.Not labeled.
If it is not labeled as required in this subchapter; or
3.Nonconformance.
If it does not conform to ingredient form or investigational allowances in the rules adopted by the commissioner.
