§ 7 §750 — Violations
Maine·Title 7 AGRICULTURE AND ANIMALS·Part 2 MARKETING, GRADING AND LABELING·Ch. 103 PRODUCTS CONTROLLED
1.Violation.
A person, firm or corporation may not violate this subchapter or a rule adopted pursuant to this subchapter.
2.Penalty.
The following penalties apply to violations of this section.
3.Application.
This subchapter may not be construed as requiring the commissioner or the commissioner's agent to report for suit or for the institution of seizure proceedings as a result of minor violations of this subchapter when the commissioner believes that the public interest will be best served by a suitable notice of warning in writing.
