§ 7 §643 — Violations
Maine·Title 7 AGRICULTURE AND ANIMALS·Part 2 MARKETING, GRADING AND LABELING·Ch. 103 PRODUCTS CONTROLLED
A person, firm or corporation that violates any provision of sections 640 to 642 commits a civil violation for which a forfeiture of not less than $100 nor more than $500 may be adjudged.
