Text
As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.
1.Agricultural commodity.
"Agricultural commodity" means any and all agricultural, horticultural and vineyard crops and products when produced or sold in this State, either in their natural state or as processed by the producer, including such products as:

"Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry or the commissioner's designee.
3.Committee.
4.District.
"District" means geographical division of the production areas in this State as may be established by the commissioner pursuant to this subchapter.
5.Grade.
